This unique and interactive on-line course spans three (3) days and consists of eight (8) modules.  The modules are intended to be introductory and foundational. Twelve (12) CAE credits will be granted for completing the following modules.

Purpose: The Foundations of Association Management course will explore the core knowledge and frontline skills necessary to lead in the dynamic world of member-serving nonprofit organizations. Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the functional activities and value propositions that trade associations and professional societies offer members. The practical knowledge learned about governance, membership, programs and managing staff and volunteer relationships will provide a strong foundation for new and existing professionals seeking to advance their careers.
